Yayoi is a Finance & Administration Lead with Hepalys Pharma. Before joining Hepalys Pharma, she was responsible for managing investments in overseas telecom operators, overseeing the entire investment lifecycle—from execution and performance monitoring to withdrawal decisions at NTT DOCOMO, Inc. After passing the U.S. CPA exam, she gained experience in the finance division, handling consolidated accounting, domestic and international taxation, and corporate restructuring. As the Head of Investor Relations, she led investor communications and the development of mid-term strategic disclosures.
